Deposit Refunds and Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made 7 days prior to the scheduled fishing charter or in the event of bad weather or unsafe boating conditions. The decision to cancel a trip for weather is at the sole discretion of the Captain. First consideration will be given to rescheduling your fishing trip. If a mutually agreeable date cannot be scheduled, your deposit will be refunded as follows. Deposits made with a credit card will be refunded on the same card.
